School Bus Driver
Calvin Christian School is seeking school bus drivers to fill two part-time to full-time positions.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting students to and from Calvin Christian School
- Route: Winnipeg (North Kildonan/Transcona)/ Oakbank and surrounding areas
- Ten months per year. Part-time/Full-time opportunities available.
Qualifications:
- Must have Class 1 or 2 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
- Willing to work towards Manitoba School Bus Certificate (paid by the school)
- Physically able to meet the demands of situations including emergency bus evacuation
- Must have excellent driving record
- Must be a committed follower of Christ

The elementary campus (K-6) is seeking applicants for:
Elementary Teacher - full time
Calvin Christian School’s Elementary campus is accepting applications for a full-time elementary school teacher. This position comprises 50% grade 6 homeroom teacher and 50% gr. 1-6 Computer/Technology teacher. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apple devices (Macs and iPads) and be innovative in incorporating technology into the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Manitoba Teaching Certification
- Bachelor of Education
- Experience with iPads and Mac computers is considered an asset

French Teacher - term position
Calvin Christian School’s Elementary campus is accepting applications for a 1-year term position for the 2024/25 school year. This position is full-time from September to December and then part-time from January to June.
The French teacher will be responsible for teaching grades 1 through 6.
Qualifications:
- Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Proficiency in the French language, both oral and written
- Experience teaching French as a second language preferred

Physical Education Teacher
Calvin Christian School’s Elementary campus is accepting applications for a full-time Physical Education teacher. The Phys. Ed. teacher will be responsible for teaching P.E. to Kindergarten through grade 6, as well as facilitating intramurals.

Calvin Christian School’s Elementary campus is accepting applications for a 30% music teacher. The music teacher will teach various grades with a focus on grades 5, 6, and choir.

- ORFF certificate Level 1 or willingness to work toward certification
Library Technician
Calvin Christian School’s Elementary campus is accepting applications for a library technician. The Library Technician is responsible for maintaining the school library, which includes, but is not limited to, daily check-in and out of books, maintaining the library catalogue, maintaining the library software system, ordering materials, and developing a positive atmosphere for the library and the school as well as promoting the use of the library for both students and staff.
The position is for 6.5 hours per school day.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a library
- Library Technician degree preferred
