Application Forms & Tuition

Step 1 – Registration:

To register your child, please complete and submit the Family Application as well as the corresponding Student Registration forms, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and a $25 non-refundable application fee (cheque, cash or e-transfer to ccsoffice@calvinchristian.mb.ca)

For Kindergarten Student Applications, we ask that a Sending School Questionnaire be completed by the current pre-school or daycare center (if applicable). This form is to be completed and submitted by the pre-school or daycare center. We ask that this be submitted in January or February, prior to the interview.

Please note that as of March 1, 2024, any applications received for kindergarten will be placed on a wait list.

Step 2 – Interview:

Upon receiving your application forms, an admissions interview will be conducted with parents or guardians of the prospective student (Senior High students may be asked to participate in this meeting as well). We will contact your pastor or minister for a reference, and may ask to do grade level testing with your child to determine their educational needs and prepare for their arrival.

Interviews for the next school year typically begin in March.

Step 3 – Approval:

Families of approved students will be notified in writing, and a $400 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm enrolment. This deposit will be credited to the student’s school fee account.

*Considerations will be given to current families, staff, and alumni
