Family Referral Program

We love referrals! Word of mouth is one of the primary ways families hear about Calvin Christian School. Our Family Referral Program has been put in place to encourage this. This program offers a $500 tuition credit to any current CCS family whose referral of a new family leads to new Calvin students.

DOUBLE CREDIT! For the 2023-24 school year, we are offering a $1,000 tuition credit for referrals of families with a student entering Grade 3 in fall 2023! This is a special incentive for one year only to help us grow this group. 

Family Referral Program Guidelines:

  • This program is open to all CCS families (grandparents too!) and CCS employees. Received credits cannot exceed the referring family’s tuition fees. Once 100% of fees have been reached (or if the referrer is not currently paying tuition fees), the remaining credit can be directed toward another family’s tuition/school fees, the Supplementary Fund, the Capital Campaign or other programs within the school. The credit will be applied at the end of the school term.
  • The referring family must submit a Family Referral Form to the attention of Natalie Klassen, Business Administrator, during the program period (January 1 through September 1) and before the referred family’s application is submitted. Referrals may not be made retroactively.
  • Referred families must be new to Calvin Christian School, and the tuition credit is awarded for each family, not each student.
  • The referred family must follow the regular application and approval process, be approved for membership and remain a member in good standing beyond September 30.
  • A tax receipt will not be issued for the incentive credit amount.
  • The Family Referral Program may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of Calvin Christian School. Calvin Christian School reserves the right to change any and all information.
